The Swiss PAMP Lady Fortuna Gold Bar, is made in Switzerland by the PAMP Refinery. “PAMP”stands for Produits Artistiques de Métaux Précieux, which is an internationally recognized refinery of gold, silver and platinum established in 1977. Each Swiss gold bar is stamped to the exact weight of one troy ounce and is then certified and sealed before they ever leave the refinery for your safety and protection. It comes with its own sealed assay card with Veriscan technology, which helps to protect the Gold Bar’s perfect finish and ensures its authenticity.
These Gold 1 Oz. Bars feature the beautiful design of “Fortuna”, Roman Goddess of luck and good fortune. Fortuna watched over the circle of the four stages of life, known as the Wheel of Fortune, in Roman culture. Her depiction was used in many areas of Roman culture, from her role as the goddess of Fortune to her personification of luck. She was often represented symbolically with images of a cornucopia, globe, wreath or wheel. Three of those four symbols are incorporated on the obverse side of this 1 oz. gold bar. There is a wheel behind Fortunas left-profile image.. She wears a wreath on her head, just above the blindfold that covers her eyes. Also, there is a large cornucopia which winds down from her head to her clasped hands at the bottom, where a bounty of riches flows into her hands.
The reverse side of the bar has the PAMP Suisse logo, as well as the bars weight, metal content, and purity. Additional inscriptions include the assayers mark and individual serial number, both security features to secure the identity and quality of the bar.
